Day 1: Phoenix

Other than waking up at 3:35AM for an early flight, it's been a great start to the trip. Temperatures well into the 100s, palm trees, and cloudless skies. And the food was nothing to complain about, either. Ah, Oregano's...there's no better way to pass the time while a deep-dish bakes than to start with dessert.

      Believe it or not there is amazing pizza in Phoenix. The dessert was also from Oregano's.
